Email Sending Policy

CreatorTrack is a permission-based email platform for creators and small businesses. This policy applies to every customer who uses CreatorTrack to collect subscribers or send transactional or marketing email. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Permission-based audiences only

You may send marketing email through CreatorTrack only to people who:

You must retain the source, time, and disclosure that explain how each recipient joined your audience. CreatorTrack prohibits purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or guessed addresses; third-party lists; and addresses obtained without the recipient's informed permission. Consent belongs to the creator and purpose it was given for and cannot be silently transferred between unrelated workspaces, brands, or senders.

2. Honest sender identity and content

3. Unsubscribe, complaints, and bounces

Every marketing message must identify the sender, include a valid physical mailing address, and provide a clear unsubscribe method. Where supported by the receiving provider, CreatorTrack also supplies one-click unsubscribe headers. An unsubscribe must be honored before another marketing message is sent from that workspace. Transactional messages must remain limited to the service or action that caused them and cannot be used to evade a marketing opt-out.

CreatorTrack suppresses future delivery after hard bounces, spam complaints, and applicable unsubscribe requests. Customers may not bypass, delete, or work around those suppressions by re-importing an address or using another sending identity.

4. Platform safeguards

Production sending remains unavailable until the sender and domain are verified and the required safety controls are active. Before a sender is activated, CreatorTrack requires customer-separated sending resources, consent and source history, pre-delivery eligibility and suppression checks, rate and volume limits, and delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe event processing. We may pause a sender, campaign, or account when activity threatens recipients, platform reputation, or legal compliance.

5. Reporting abuse

Send suspected spam or abuse to [email protected]. Include the sender, subject, approximate time received, and message headers when available. We investigate reports and may suspend sending while we do so.

6. Customer responsibility

Each customer is responsible for the lawfulness of their audience, content, disclosures, and sending practices. Following this policy does not replace obligations under laws that apply to the sender or recipient, including consent, identification, privacy, and unsubscribe requirements.
